Disease-associated epigenetic modifications are a moving target for therapeutics, because of their transient nature. We worked with Epicrispr Biotechnologies to explain their GEMS platform, that is able to use highly precise CRISPR technology to find genes of interest, and combine it with modulators that help rectify any aberrant epigenetic modifications.
