E11 Bio are developing innovative new barcoding and image processing techniques that help scientists map brain circuitry. We helped visualise their approach to barcoding, and worked with original E11 data in our procedural in-house segmentation workflow to create a 3D reconstruction of part of the mouse hippocampus.
